Our ability to schedule our multi-talented staff enables the firm to successfully meet client's needs while working on several projects simultaneously.
Adena also has the ability to expand our staff quickly to handle larger projects and temporary heavy work loads. Two methods for effectively increasing our capacity have been developed and successfully utilized on past projects.
One approach utilizes contract engineers and specialists from a selected field. Adena provides the lead project manager and selected lead personnel to provide overall management and coordination of the project using time proven Adena procedures. Because of the Cincinnati technical community size and current market conditions, we are able to obtain qualified, competent personnel, most of whom are already known to our management.
This method of obtaining experienced, seasoned talent engables us to staff up quickly to meet schedules while keeping overhead costs to a minimum. Each job is custom staffed to meet the requirements of the work.
A second approach allows us to promote the use of other engineering firms to supplement our staff with a select group of individuals within a particular area of expertise. Adena has worked closely with selected firms on a number of projects to present a team that has sufficient depth of personnel and experience to match the project requirements. This approach allows us to grow to over 100 people without the burden of carrying a large engineering staff. We have associated with specialized firms in the fields of:

Additionally Adena has the flexibility to work successfully in a design build environment. We have worked directly with selected contractors on various projects to provide timely design information and facilitate construction within the established schedule and budget.
