Adena uses proven business methods to transfer information. These methods reduce wasted time when trying to define the problem and reach decisions. Written conference agenda can be sent to the client prior to the meeting so the goals of the meeting are known. Meetings, telephone conversations and decisions affecting the project are documented through conference memoranda prepared by the Adena Project Manager. These constitute a record of the decisions that are distributed to the design team for their guidance.
